My only problem is that the channel scan seems to miss a few channels that I should be getting and got in the past.

I came here to update about the same problem. I'm also missing 3 or 4 channels. Actually, the TVserver has always missed a couple channels, a weather channel and Comcast's In Demand Preview channel, but they weren't channels I normally watched. Now, I'm missing FOXHD and NBCHD along with a weather channel and Comcast's In Demand preview channel.

gemx checked in some files with a comment about fixing ATSC scanning, I'm running the latest build from the svn source and it did pick up one of my two missing channels, so things are getting better. Thanks gemx!

I have not tried the update from gemx, I will.
I notice that the "QAM Standard.qam" file has 135 at the beginning. This line needs to be taken out.
Physical channel numbers are up by 1 due to this number (which I think is the total number of channels)

The updated files did not help the scan for me, I still had my HD channels showing up red.

What I did notice is all the working channels were the next green channels in the list. I had ABCHD and CBSHD in red, then the next 2 Unknown channels were the working ABCHD and CBSHD.

I manually changed changed these and everything works great.

Removing the 135 didn't make a difference on my scan, my current QAM Standard.qam file has only the frequencies that I need in it.

At first big :D for testing for all so far :)
Could someone please do another test:
    - reduce the .qam file to include only 1 transponder where tvserver find "wrong" (channels with name) and "correct" (unknown) channels
    - delete the log files
    - run a scan
    - post tv.log and tswriter.log

I am sure we are able to fix even this bug then ;)

    Here's my info.

    Steps I took:

    1. Cleared all channels
    2. Uninstalled Rev17454
    3. Installed Rev17471
    4. Copyied the new TsWriter.ax and TVLibrary.dll and registered the Tswriter.ax file
    5. Cleared all log files
    6. Scanned for channels

I also included a jpg snapshot of the channel scan.

    Hi gemx,

Do you want us to use the latest SVN with or without the fixes posted in the zip you posted in the original post?

Thanks, that was exactly what i was looking for.
No need for further testing atm.
BTW The 2 files from the first post are already in SVN so no need to copy them over
