Okay I have the KWorld ATSC 110 Tuner Card. The internal chip is a SAA713X.

This card came out of another computer that was setup with Media Portal and it worked fine.

In the new computer (info listed below) the ATSC part of the card works fine but when I attempt to use the analog (cable) section of the card I get just a still frame of video and then nothing. If I press the record button the video on the channel will be recorded.

It appears that maybe the streaming is not working? I've testing on the local system and I've also tried it on a remote system with the same results. ATSC works, analog does not, except for the first frame and then video freezes. There is no audio on the analog either. ATSC audio is fine.

I've also tried the preview button inside the config program. ATSC works, analog does not...

Any suggestions?

thanks,
