AW: Feature request

Hi!!
I've 2 feature requests

One: It will be great if both changes are done with same button/action/keyb key. BASS and TV-Video...
Because normally I use or TV or Amp to play different contents.

I'll highly appreciate the option to just one key or mp action to change everything. All to my Amp... All to TV or different combinations... like Radio and music always to amp and TV always to HDMI until changed by user but just with a SINGLE action or key.

Second: Is it possible to have separate option for Radio channels? I mean, Tv audio is sended to HDMI to TV but I prefer radio channels to my amp. As both come from TV Server... both go to same audio device.

Thanks for this GREAT plugin.:D
:D

Hi alexdepalma,

Sorry your 2 feature requests aren't possible...

First one:
BASS and TV/Video/DVD are two completly different things. In TV ARC changes your codec with regkeys, reloads and rebuilds the graph. In Bass you can't do it like this way. There you change your codec to a value that does not correspond with the one in TV...

Second one:
ARC does not notice if you play radio or tv or something, because it only reacts to a key pressure. Changing your radio renderer should be possible with the dshow settings!

I still do not get it working.
Tried everything written here.
But nothing.
Or the keyboard. Or the remote control

For some reasons these lines are wrong:

yes

yes

There you have to push "Ctrl + Shift + k" to change your renderer!

If you don't want to then change the yes in these two lines to "no"!

If your renderer doesn't change with actions of your mce remote, you have wrong configuration in MePo! There I can't help you, because I don't have a MCE remote... But here many people posted that it is working. Maybe somebody else can help you?

Is it wrong?
I in the configuration, I have them enabled.
I've proven to them and without them enabled. Another letter.
Assigning a keyboard command. "/" - ACTION_NEXT_BOOKMARK.
But nothing.
Thank you very much for your interest

Sorry I was wrong!

Please try to test by disabling ctrl and shift, that you should be able to change your renderer by pressing only "k" on the keyboard.

If that doesn't work please test without registry keys.

You are using MePo 1.2.0 or 1.2.1?

Hi Thor,
the plugin works perfectly in my system (MePo 1.2.0) but i have a question for you.
With pass through enabled when I change the render audio the TV(HDMI) will not play DD and DTS.
Of course, the TV does not support these formats:p.
Maintaining output spdif pass through (for audio amplifier), how can I enable the HDMI to play DD and DTS on TV?
Many thanks.

I solved by saving registry files of the ffdshow configuration for TV and Amp and I get them loaded by ARC based on the selected renderer. It works perfectly.
P.S. Ti ho risposto anche su HTPCItalia ;)

Bye,

I left it as impossible

Hi. First of all thanks for this great plugin.
I have a problem:

On my remote I have these two free buttons: "(" and "£". I've configured these 2 buttons in the plugin settings (see attached image), but they doesn't work (nothing happens when I press them, the same using keyboard).
