If you don't have any log file called AudioRendererChanger.log then you probably didn't activate your plugin in MePo-Config...

In Windows 7 you have to disable UAC, if you don't do this ARC is not able to set registry settings!

Very strange situation. On a machine with XP renderer changes and OSD climbs but not recorded in the registry settings. At 7 and has not changed and are not recorded and OSD not climbs.

If the renderer changes in XP you have recordings in registry! In XP you have to change your renderer over registry.

In 7 and Vista there is a new functionality!


Do you have logs in XP? And in 7 still no log?

Yes in XP render changes and decoder settings in the registry change, but the feeling that the graph is not rebuilt. When you click on the image freezes and no further play continues until you press any button realties.
At 7 and does not work.

Hi zusammen,

was muss ich machen wenn ich ARC mit meiner Medion X11 Fernbedienung umschalten will. Brauche ich das Keyborad Plugin.

Konkrete Anfordrung: im Home Menu die Taste 0 an der FB drücken, Strg+Shift+K wird an MP/ARC (KeyboardPlug?) => Sound Device wird um geschaltet.

Wenn es mit dem Keyborad Plugin geht verstheh ich die Bedienung leider nicht.

This is brilliant, I just bought new headphones, and now I don't have to physically plug them in every time I want to listen through them, I just press a button om my remote.

Another new version availible!

+ Now ffdshow audio decoder works with changing the regkey (UAC messages have to be turned off!)
+ OSD about the new renderer
