After my initial happiness with the RC1 install I am now seeing the same issue that plagued my 0.2.3.0 + SVN 2008-03-14 install. After watching TV for at most a few minutes, small red and yellow rows of squares start appearing through the image. This increases until most of the image is just distortion. The audio also starts squeaking and stuttering. The ultimate result is that any attempt to watch any TV channel gives the error message:
"Unable to start timeshifting - Unknown error occured".
It definitely looks like a poor signal, but when I disconnect the coax cable from my satellite dish and plug it back into my Topfield tuner it works like a charm, perfect image and audio quality.
I have switched back from using EVR to VRM9, tried both MPV and DScaler for video codecs, but no effect. When playing any .avi files it works fine too.
Logs are attached, and I hope someone can help me figure out why this is happening. WAF is going down rapidly this way....
EDIT: It could be that there is a driver issue for my FloppyDTV-S2 tuners under Vista Ultimate SP1 32-bit. After a shutdown and power-off (completely via PSU) the tuners are shown in device manager as a "61883 class device" with a "Code 10" error saying the device could not be started....
Is there anyone who has tried this tuner on Vista SP1 ?
