AudioSubs/Audio-Described (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have noticed lately that more and more TV Shows, especially films are being broadcast as Audio-Described. When i try and watch one of these shows/film i get the audio description all the way through. Is there any way of turning this off? When i use my normal TV to watch the same film on the same feed i do not get the audio description.

This is becoming more and more annoying and any help will be much appreciated.

I managed to turn off audio description on my system by going to the MediaPortal configuration app, and going to Television / TV Client, then in the audio settings tab, selecting english as the language, unticking the "prefer audio type over language" box and ticking the "prefer AC3 audio" box (I only got audio description on BBC HD!). This has cured the problem for me, may be a starting point for you??

I tried this, but, it didn't work. Another site has suggested that pressing A on the keyboard will cure it, hopefully this works.
