Yeah, I should finish the DVD thing too. Wrecked up my computers (my own fault offcourse .

Nagging helped me getting started. I've got it working now for the DVD too.
Have to do a little testing and somewhere this weekend i'll upload a patch.

Thanks tfro71....I noticed that the new option for DVD AutoPlay is now in the CVS for MediaPortal Configuration...
However, it doesn't seem to be working... :?
I have selected option "Yes" (Don't ask, just play) which used to work fine for CD, but nothing happens when I insert a DVD. Here's the relevant section of my MediaPortal.log file:-
8/12/2005 6:44:22 PM volume inserted drive E:
8/12/2005 6:44:22 PM media inserted in drive E:
8/12/2005 6:44:26 PM DVD volume inserted E:
8/12/2005 6:44:26 PM DVD inserted into drive E:
8/12/2005 6:46:30 PM Mediaportal.OnExit()
...you will notice that absolutely nothing happened from 6:44:26 until I exited MediaPortal 2 minutes and 4 seconds later at 6:46:30.
The CD autoplay also displays similar behaviour (MP won't automatically play a CD now either), but this used to work fine for me.
It looks like there is a change in a recent CVS that has broken both CD and DVD autoplay?...

Taipan is already chasing me to finish it
I've got it working. Need to test it a little and then upload a patch.
Problem is that something things got mixed up with changes made by somebody else. That's always a problem with changes you keep to long and in a project with multiple people.
But i will know put some more effort (read: time) in it som i can upload a patch before the weekend.
