I think this is rapidly becoming a skin in it's own right - with White, Blue and Ice themes.
Does anyone think this is possible?

I don’’t think it is. It is going to stay an Avalonis Theme otherwise it would mean to rewrite the whole skin and not use cu8ler's code. The changes are driven by enthusiast who love to see how things work and modify them to their needs - but still the base is Avalonis (which si a good one) – but you know this. Best thing would be if cul8er would update the skin itself but I think he has other projects more important for him.

With the colorthemes it should be no big problem - but someone needs to look after the Mediafiles.

IMO...for what it's worth...I see Avallanche as still being Avallonis but one that works with MP ver 1.3.0...I also think that there is some way to go with bug fixes etc. For example, there doesn't seem to be much point having options in settings when they don't work, ie. list colours...... Screenshot_3.png......and the previously mentioned sliding menu for Moving Pictures "enable infos at bottom of the screen" option. I think known bugs/issues should be listed on the first post.

Also, some of the descriptions in settings are pretty ambiguous...I still have no idea what some of them are referring to or what they are supposed to change. The settings menus could be reworked to be more user friendly.[DOUBLEPOST=1364483750][/DOUBLEPOST]@sweborn

I think some of the co-ordinates need looking at......Screenshot_2.png

did you use the file I provided or from the installerfile? Also - not sure how big the impact on the coordinates is if you use a different font?

-> This is what I mean with copying is not enough - to me it seems the whole skin thig is a little problematic when small things are not equal

I've just used the installer file, ie. ver 1.4.0.5 as this should be the benchmark.

I believe sweborn is modifying the files before including them in the MPE1 file. Copying across should be enough...there should only be a problem with image placements when using a different screen resolution from 1920 x 1080...otherwise it should be pixel perfect. We should all be getting exactly the same results.

Now I see - the TV Labels you are using have a different format than the ones I use (the setting I use defines only the high and keeps the ratio) - can you try this one please?

Thanks for the upload...actually I was referring more to the positions of the png files...the gaps between them are different and the top png seems to be more to the right than the others.

Thta's strange - actually from teh xml every Logo is exactly the same in size and dimension - no idea why your first one is smaller

I meant the background png's...the top one is shifted to the right slightly and the gap between them isn't the same. ;)

This can only happen if the used png's are not the same (if there is a gap between the outer line and the edge) - please try the ones I have attached with the last update - they should be fine with the dark theme too.
