are you aware of the bug that notifications or dialogs at the homescreen doesn't change the focus? I mean the basic home menu ist still scrolling and selected when clicking but in front of it is another dialog. Do you know if this is a skin or an avalon plugin bug?

Are you planning to use github for your mod? So everybody can track your changes? (that would be so nice!)

You can reproduce this, if you set the autoplay actions (e.g. audio disc) in mediaportal config "DVD Discs/Images > Autoplay" to "ask what to do", launch mediaportal and then insert an audio disc, while showing the homescreen.

It brings up a dialog, where switching up and down will also scroll the vertical menu. Pressing Enter will confirm your choice as well as launch the selected item on the homescreen.
