Is this Plugin the same as Avalon, but with more Fanart ?

its not a plugin, it's a modified version of the avalon skin. It's very similar, the main difference being the home screen, and that the fanart is in the background as an overlay, rather than being inside a window.

And when the avalon basic skin becomes new features, which are then implemented here in this ?

That I'm not 100% sure on, as they are developed by different people.

As long as cul8er maintains avalonis you can probably expect most of the new features from avalon to be copied over to avalonis, but that is entirely up to cul8er. Cul8er maintains several plugins and skins so you can't expect any new features to become immediately available.

From what I've heard a new version of Avalon should be released quite soon.

Working hard on both a new version for MP 1.2 and MP 1.3. Have also added support for latest media for MyVideos. And the reworked FanartHandler plugin.

i have installed MP 1.3 Final and this beautiful Skin. But even when i open the Text Editor, i`ve got an Error. I have make a screenshot.
