Hi there,

this skin gets better and better. But I stopped using it, because it crashes Mediaportal randomly. I get a message box, saying that MP crashed.

it would be helpfull if you can describe these crashes a bit more and post some logs.

No svn at the moment. I have to sync it with a public server or googlecode first.
But perhaps you can tell us what modifactions you made that we can change or add something...

I'm a bit concerned. I just installed the update (using the plugin in Configuration.exe) and MediaPortal has started to behave really odd. I was watching a TV-Show with embedded subtitles, switched over to Basic Home, then hit the fullscreen button and now the subtitles were gone. When I hit my assigned button on the remote to bring them back, nothing happened. I then pressed Info and chose subtitles. MePo crashed.

This happened with a freshly restarted computer. I have since restarted once more, changed to StreamedMP and MePo is running fine. I'll try to test more tomorrow and also post logs should it act up again.

Hi firstly thank you for such a great looking skin. My only question regards the list views, I know there is the option to remove the cover when not scrolling the list but to me showing only part of the fanart in these views looks a bit odd. I appreciate its part of the design but is there no way to show the complete fanart preview and cover?

Your question is very relevant but since Avalon is really not a completely fanart based skin the fanart on some screens just plays second fiddle to the List/thumbs. Sorry. (ofc we try to enhance the fanart experience as well as we can)
Perhaps someday we will do a fanart version of Avalon or just wait for a new skin from our team.

I downloaded the version in the first post, then upgraded from WITHIN MEPO and now it's all working fine. So I guess it was some glitch by upgrading from the Configuration plugin. Case closed?

There are a couple of issues with the scheduled screen.

If you move focus to the buttons on the left, the program titles all disappear. I guess you wanted to fade them a little, but possibly went too far.

I know that logs will help, but I'm a bit out of time this weekend I will try to post if possible. I will also try to uninstall the skin first and then reinstall. Maybe it helps. I used the update feature inside Mediaportal.
