Seems a bug has been introduced at TVE3 13499.

Reproduce:
1. Install TVE3 134979
2. Load MP and tune to an analog channel (received via svideo from STB)
3. Notice audio has squeaks at the peak of any high pitch sound. e.g.Words that end with "S" peak out almost to a squeak. It sounds like there is too much compression on the audio. This dosn't occur with Rev 13497.

Was something changed in the Hauppauge quality settings at 13499?
This problem is with TVE3. (The fault can be heard with VLC as the client)
This problem can be heard with local and remote client.

The attached log sets both follow the exact same process:

1.Stop Service
2.Delete all logs.
3.Start service
4.Tune (network client) to analog channel
5.Wait a few seconds and copy all logs to seperate folder named Rev1349x

Repeat for next Rev.

Thanks,
Rhys
