Just wondering if there was an update on the status of the Basic Home Editor, now that MP 1.3 Final is getting close to final.

In my opinion the optional layout (see attached photo) looks much better than the normal one.

Supposedly coming with 1.3.0 final..? the tracker would suggest this is planned for 2 weeks but there are no outstanding issues for some time so maybe well into testing phase

^ Not sure where you heard that the basic home editor was coming out with MP 1.3 Final. Anyways I expect @ncoH or @joostzilla will update the community on it's progress soon (or they will be flooded by "are we there yet" requests). The mockup image in the first post shows a really elaborate menu editor within the MP GUI, so I expect it is quite a lot work to design this from scratch
