BBC Channels Missing on Mendip (Somerset, England) transmitter (1 Viewer)

Having had a change to the Mendip transmitter I cannot pick up the new BBC channels (I've done a mendip transmitter re-scan and All UK with no success).

The details of the channel changes are below - any ideas on how I can get media portal to pick up the new channels?

A retune will happen 27 March 2013 to clear C61: PSB1 C61 to C49. When 800MHz 4G mobile broadband services start there will be 4 multiplexes in C52-C60 range: C56: COM5 C52: COM6 C54: PSB2 C58: PSB3

Drop the attached file into C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters\dvbt - I've added the new frequency - and try a channel scan.

The HD channels use HE-AAC audio, which needs LAV audio or DivX AAC decoder filters. Also it can't be bitstreamed, and it's sometimes stereo, sometimes 5.1 channels.

Ok thanks, im guessing i should update my codecs for this to work then?
