BBC HD Voice out of synch. (1 Viewer)

Ok don't know why but when I am watching BBC HD the lip synch is awful on SD on freeview and satellite no problems... any suggestions for fixing this, i am using the AC3 audio service selection (the other has a descirptive dialogue which is useless for me)

I had the same problem with coreavc. I now use powerdvd and have no issues.

Hi Pigboy306,
I had exactly the same using CoreAVC, and it has drove me nuts over the past 4 weeks or so, trying various combinations of codecs, none of which worked. I have done a complete clean install over this weekend with the latest (Last RC2) SVN's and now lip sync on BBC HD is perfect, still using CoreAVC and ffdshow on audio, I know its a pain but its worth a try. I still can't get the xmltv EPG to work correctly though.

Still struggling on this one I am using PowerDVD Ultra... grrr i want to avoid the clean install. This is really bugging me Revs any chance of of doing a screen print of your TV setting page??

on a train, so no screenprint, but all I did was set pdvd as the codec for everything in tv and then it worked.
