Deleted channel and re-scanned specifying modulation as 8Psk2
Manually?
I'd have suggested:
  1. Click "update tuning details".
  2. Full [automatic] rescan to correct all potential tuning detail problems.
  3. Post scan check that modulation has been corrected.

Yes, Manually. I will try the above, thanks.[DOUBLEPOST=1438680899][/DOUBLEPOST]

Full Auto rescan done. Some channels now showing Modulation 8psk, many are still set to NotSet. Am I doing something wrong here? All other channels work perfectly however..[DOUBLEPOST=1438681101][/DOUBLEPOST]Log file attached running latest Intel GFX driver and rescanned channels[DOUBLEPOST=1438681265][/DOUBLEPOST]Logs..

Thanks to all for your comments :)

To clarify a couple of points, I had this exact same issue before I moved house and I used to have a sky subscription and this was connected to the same satellite source. BBC1HD worked perfectly. so I'm pretty sure that rules out any signal issues.

Once the picture freezes I can restart the channel and it will play the channel for as long as it is remained tuned to BBC1HD (have tested this for 24 hours). All other channels work perfectly. I think this rules out a problem with the tuner card?

I don't think its a temp/CPU issue as 55C and 17% CPU seem ok to me?
