I have a keyboard connected to my HTPC, and would like to disable the OSD keyboard, and use the hardware keyboard instead. It could be an option in setting..

Would that be possible?

??? You can always use your hardware keyboard in parallel to the OSD. The OSD will nevertheless always pop up when text inpuyt is expected.

This is possible by default in MP2: once a textbox get's focused, you can type with keyboard in normal way. You also have access to clipboard for copy&paste (ctrl-c/v).
Only if you hit "ok" (Enter) inside a textbox, the OSD keyboard appears.

Hi. I was probably being a bit fast and loose with my terminology. I meant "somewhere within the files that MP2 uses in its database". Anyway, I found a way to do this which was far from automated but relatively low effort. I found what looked like all the images (CD covers, DVD covers, backgrounds etc all lumped together in...

Fixed, I think. Certainly the vintage MP2 installer that I was using no longer installs the LAV filters. I can only assume that these were never part of the install package itself, but rather downloaded during the install, and that link no longer exists. Shame that the installer doesn't indicate this. Last time when I installed the...

Thanks for your reply. I haven't forgotten about this. I have XMLTV mostly working, but MC2XML used to take care of two things that I have not yet accommodated. These are "New program indication" (for me, that was an asterisk "*" character in the program title) and "automatic time zone conversion". As I understand it, XMLTV is...
