It is fairly new so probably not supported but does anyone have an "ICON Display" from BitFenix? It is part of the "AEGIS" and "Pandora" cases and displays colour images via an internal USB header. The source code is available for it here http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/aegis#support

Does a plugin exist for it? If I wanted to write support for it, what would I need to do?

Is the sourcecode available for the "debug test" display? It's the one that just pops up a small window (not on an external display) and shows some text on it. I tried looking in the MP github but couldn't find the source for it.

    See: https://github.com/MediaPortal/Medi...ibrary/MiniDisplayPlugin/Drivers/DebugForm.cs

    It's indeed probably not supported.
I had a quick look at the hardware and it looks like it's a rather tiny square display intended to improve the looks of your case rather than do anything useful.
Those cases are not HTPC cases either.
I guess you could still display the recording status though, anything else is unlikely to be readable from your sofa.

    Thanks for the link!
It's not actually square, it's 3:4 portrait at 240x320 (or a more standard 4:3 landscape 320x240 if you modify the mounting). You're quite right it's not designed to actually do anything useful but I figure it could at least display channel logos or recording indicators of some sort, rather than a text display. No idea if I'll be able to do anything with it but worth a try.
