Blank Screen solved

Hello,

I had the same problem (only tried videos) on fresh install of MediaPortal v0.2.3.0.

I figured out, that not only the mini-screen displays the video, but also the non-zoomed source ratio setting. Well, that was good, but not good enough, since the video is really small in source ratio setting. ;-)

So I checked all settings in MediaPortal again and checked nVidia System Control settings as well, cause someone above mentioned the ForceWare driver. Now it works!

Problem for you guys: I can't exactly remember what I changed last, but it definitely was a setting thing in MediaPortal or nVidia driver.

Maybe it was this setting in nVidia driver settings - I think this was the last thing I changed there:
Multi-Display/gemischte GPU-Beschleunigung (sry, its in german here)

I changed this setting from "Multi-Display-Leistungs-Modus" to "Einzel-Display-Leistungs-Modus".

Lets try to translate the setting:
Multi-Display/mixed GPU acceleration

Changed from "Multi Display Performance Mode" to "Single Display Performance Mode".

Hi,

I'm sorry but now it does not work for me again. Last thing I did was powering off in hibernate within MediaPortal. Then, after starting I had additional problems (black screen) and now the problem is the same as before..

I switched the settings again but it remains unsolved now.

Anyone else any efforts?
