Black screen at Startup (1 Viewer)

yes - on my HTPC it happens on "clean start"! - at weekend I was playing around with the general settings, but couldn't get any answer, which setting generates this "black screen".

which GFX-card is that excatly?

I've the "Sapphire Radeon X1650PRO ULTIMATE" (PCIe, 256MB GDDR3).
I couldn't give you the exact driver version before friday, because I came home only on weekend.

This happens on a clean start for me as well..I dont use standby and I too am using a sapphire 256mb pcie video card..maybe this is a driver issue? Im going to install the stable version tonite.

update from my side!
My driver version is now 8.411.0.0 (21.8.2007) - I updated this today, but don't lead to any results.
I also installed a SVN from yesterday. - same result.
BUT ;-)
I turned on delay during startup (I think originally programmed for TVserver) to 60 seconds for testing. In this setup MP works fine from startup (no black screen anymore). Maybe there is a problem in conjuction with the ATI Catalyst software - I installed also a new version of this.
Maybe I will deinstall the catalyst software and try without delay again. But at the moment the workaround with delay at startup is okay for me (I decreased the delay to 15 seconds and it works fine at the moment.)
