black screen on some italy channels (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have some problems:

in Tv server when i preview channels it is all ok.
But in Mediaportale Tv when i try to look Mediaset or La7 channel i have balck screen .
only Rai channel work.

I search solutions in to the forum, but i'm not be able to resolve.

May you help me?
