I'm afraid no, the ToDo stuff is something I cannot solve alone and would need effort from the Team. Also I'm not sure if this "feature" is even wanted to be part of MP. Currently I don't have my dev-PC set up and running so I can't do any development...

i think this ExP, is a good feature for small HTPC (Ion / Atom ...) and maybe Big ...
i hope this can be added for 1.4 final ...

I would really like to see this included aawell!! I'm not using most of them.
1 question about speedup the startup time: Is a disabled plugin acting the same as a conple NOT installed plugin? Or does it still slowing down it a bit..

+1 Sounds like a great idea, shouldn't this be something that needs to be pre-approved by the board of directors first, before spending all the time coding.
