Yesterday evening I wanted to watch a BluRay with no success ...
I was asked to show ther menu or directly start with the mivie (normal behaviour)
Than I only had a black screen.

Updating the "Fox" did not solve the problem.
Than I have disabled the internal blu ray player and gave the legathy "blu ray handler plugin" a try. With the plugin the disk played fine.
is there any information regarding the error disk needed or only the normal logs to have a look at this issue?

    here we are ...
The name of the disk is "Das Labyrinth der Wörter"
I have added the debug logs of the test with the internal player and the mediaportal log of the disk played with the bluray handler plugin.

First check you LAV Video settings > Formats tab.
On the button there is a checkbox that says: 'Use Microsoft WMV9 DMO decoder for WMV3 and VC-1', and make sure that's UNchecked.

Double check your Audio Codec settings. It seems you're using the MS DTV Audio Decoder, and MPAR isn't connection to that, which in the end leads to a destruction:
    Code:

    25-08-2013 11:42:01.536 [ eac] MP Audio Renderer - destructor - instance 0x11eede58
Try setting LAV and see if that helps. Alternatively you could try DirectShow Renderer instead of MPAR and test that with MS DTV Audio Decoder (if you prefer that).

This solved the problem. Big Thx.
The MS codec setting was a rest of my self debugging yesterday evening. I forgot to switch it back ...

I think the thread can be set to "No Bug"

    Just for my understanding:
Why was it not a problem to play the disk with the BR handler plugin while the internal player was not able to play it?
All video codecs where configured to LAV when the trouble started?

Unchecking the 'internal player' in the Blu-ray section disables BDReader and then uses LAVSplitter instead.
It's the magical combo of LAV Video + VC-1 + ATi card, that needs the LAV checkbox unchecked.
