Thank you for your respond.
When i open Notepad, and i press the # on my MCE Remote, i see the # in notepad.
So that's fine.. Hmm.. this is strange. I really like this plugin, but i want to close PowerDVD and HD_starter.exe when i press a button (in this case #). is there something else i can try?

Should be the "INFO" button.

The INFO button shows me the help of PowerDVD, and after then i cannot close this with my remote.
That's why i normally used Arcsoft, because the info button was very handy.

Can you fix it for me?
And i really appreciate the time that you spend for me.

I'm confused

Been reading through the whole thread the last 2 days. Have some questions:

1. There seems to be a number of HD_Starter.exes posted by different people. Is the one on Page 1 by MoPhat working with MP 1.0?

2. Do I just stick with the original page 1 instructions?

3. Will this work when I click on a movie from within MovingPictures that points to an ISO?

For this you need no HD Starter

You need Daemon Tools for example to get the Funktion you want.

Tomorrow i'm going to install MediaPortal for my father. He has a Fujitsu Siemens htpc.
He also has a blu ray player, so i want to use PowerDVD and the HD_starter.

Is there a HD_Starter that can close PowerDVD AND HD_Starter with a button (like the one of kerninger) but with button(s) to change audio language and subtitle. Only those are needed.
My father lives 200KM nearby, so that's why i kinda *need* a good HD_Starter so i can install that with MediaPortal tomorrow.
