Blu Ray Index won't play (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 1.4.0

Description
When I insert a new blu ray disc, the program says it cannot play the index

Steps to Reproduce:
Put in blu ray
Open program
Click videos
Try to play
Next to disk drive, in my case the D drive, it will say BD 0%, #0

The BR that you're trying to play is encrypted:

If you want to play such a disk in MediaPortal then you need some external software to decrypt it.
