Could you also implement a view for the album artist tag? I think this tag is very common used by the MP community.

Oh yes, but i think it is part of the MIA rework, isn't it?. It would be great, if it would be possible to get a view like this (a very, very old screenshot of XP Mediacenter) ->

Hi.

If music files are tagged properly, i would recommend 1. to use coverart tagged in metataga, 2. folder.jpg, stored in music folder, 3. downloaded coverart.

I believe this will be the case in future, as it seems to me the most logical way. But at the moment, there is no downloaded coverart at all in music part.

It is. As those parts of MP2 depends on the MIA rework this will take some time before this can be done, like other things as series metadata or so...

Exactly, your understanding is fully correct. There is some internal discussion about it, no public thread at the moment as far as I know.
The rework contains many points, but mainly missing metadata for series and saisons will be added. For audio only metadata from tags are used at the moment. Idea is to get here also online metadata.

Here the list of topics:

• Change ProviderResourceAspect to multiple MIA
• Remove mandatory ProviderResourceAspect requirement (or use virtual resources) to allow non-content media items to exist
• Relationship builder
• Change SeriesAspect to EpisodeAspect
• Create AlbumApsect, SeasonAspect, SeriesAspect and build relationships between them
• Add SeasonAspect

This is also my setting in MC Yes, something like this is planned.

When clicking on Home... Is this all there should be?


Most of the Right click popup menu's are labeled as Test


Using a mouse to get around in Music creates different issues
One if using the Mouse Wheel to go up or down travels 2 items not one


Also using the mouse wheel, place the cursor over anything you want more info on
The Wheel Up and it jumps all over including to the Far Left Side


Seems there might be an issue going from screen to screen and home...

You mean, if there should be only the huge settings button? For settings, I'd like to change it in the direction, that hitting the settings symbol in the main menu (top bar) directly brings user into the settings. At the moment you have to click 2 times on a button.

Ops, that should of course not be. I'll check the source code. I believe I'm the root cause It, I want to see which code affects which item, I change the text to "test" and have a look in MP2. I guess I forgot to change it back.

There seems to be an issue in the HomeMenuModel, because the button sizes are defined there. @morpheus_xx any idea, what could cause this? At least it's not having an visible effect, because everything is working.

If you change the viewstyle e.g. in movies, the headline is also changed from "movies" to "viewstyle" This shouldn't be. There are a few minor bugs, that need to be fixed.

You are welcome.... just as an FYI. I made no changes in Titanium (I liked what I have) and switched over to your skin.
Whatever your skin is showing was not from me making any change to the settings

Normally I always use Titanium and do not ever recall having this mouse issue.

I think it was it was a misunderstanding. Didn't mean, that you changed settings. I just wanted to show, that I'm aware of further bugs in BlueVison, that need to be fixed

I retested the Mouse Wheel functions using Titanium
Same issues.... So this is not an issue with BlueVision.....
