Sorry but that core does not work at all for me, MP does not start up, just a rotating circle for several seconds then nothing, same with option 1 in watchdog.

Just ran a quick test on my desktop PC, so only with MPC-HC, and it looks good. With MPC-HC selected as the Bluray external player and the path fo the DVD external player cleared it starts up and now plays a BD with MPC-HC, previously this settup gave an error.

I have updated the bin too for the madVR branch so maybe you can give a try
I have pushed the fix to master, like this it will be ready for the next release

After updating my HTPC with the madvr fixed core all is well. I have set up MPC-HC and PowerDVD 15 as the DVD and BD external players resp. DVDs now play with MPC-HC and BDs with PowerDVD.
