Just to let you know this plugin isn't dying - vacation is slowly blowing over and i'm getting more time to code. I already have some stuff ready (including patch by sebastii) for a next version.

I have the same problem when using ffdshow as audio decoder. It was discussed earlier in this thread. ffdshow doesn't seem to be able to decode the DTS Core track from DTS-HD MA. The solution is to use MPC - MPA Decoder Filter instead.

i think my avatar bluray have the DTS-HD MA, no problem here with ffdshow from saf 5.00.

    Are you bitstreaming?
The problem here arises as soon as you try to bitstream the DTS core via SPDIF with ffdshow. This works with MPC MPA codec.

Maybe its a problem with my codec setup i am using latest SAF 4.0.

SAF 4 is too old for this. Like writen on first page - SAF 5 is needed.

All my other Blurays worked fine with SAF4.0 (Seems you already did this good work there ;-))
Tried the Léon Disc with latest SAF5.xx today and now it starts playing.
But if i try to skip the intro sometimes MP crash. Its a 50:50 chance to skip or crash.

I attached logs where i successfully skipped intro at 1st, then stopped the movie and tried the same step again but resulting in a MP crash.

did not tesdt the new one -

    but got an other question
it works here now :D *happy-smile*

but yesterday i look "clash of the titans" it stutters very offten ...
AND time stamp was wrong - wenn i skip 15 seconds back - it jumps about 10 or 15 minutes (don't know) back
film length was 1:46 but the MePo-bar on top say 3:36 ...

when i looked it @ MPC it works smooth (i think)

    any hint for me (codecs?)

great work anyway ... love to play BR out of MePo

Download latest ffdshow above 3534, and latest standalone_filters 2268 or newer.

From standalone_filters Copy matroskasplitter.ax, mpegsplitter.ax and mpcvideodec.ax to somewhere and register them.

Uninstall haali, because that has some problems with stuttering.

Uninstall saf because it is usually a bad choice about codec packs, give you a lot of problems, unstability and such.

you will find everything you need here

don't missunderstand - ffdshow seems to be a good choice -
but for me ffdshow has to many options ...
that confuses me (also when i get help hee in the forum i often didn't find the right option)

could be couse i am "Blond" ;) and my english is bad ... :(

    EDIT:

    i will give it a try ... :)
maybe i can bring it to work :D
