    AW: Bluray Handler 0.9.7 (BETA)

3- Unzip LAVSplitter and unregister and register it. (Import mpls_x64 and bdmv_x64 reg for 64bits WIN7 or mpls_x86 and bdmv_x86 for 32bits WIN7 in your registry)
4- If Using FFDShow -> Need to setup in splitter setting lavsplitter - "No Subtitle" in Subtitle Selection and disable (uncheck) in FFDShow Audio (Decoder Options) "Enable jitter correction" to avoid issue in BD Seamless.

When i have installed SAF 6 (there was the LAVF included) do i need the files and this steps from your Instructions ?

    Hi,

For LAVF steps, i think not.
For FFDShow it SAF6 didn't uncheck this setting (for Audio and Subtitle) @ installation, need to change that yes.

Great stuff! I am trying to set 24p( blu Ray refresh rate) but it goes to 25 htz (same as HDTV here in Australia)

i'm using the dynamic refresh rate changer in the "general" section in the config app.

I see an entry for 23.976 / 24p but I can't seem to get it to work

    any ideas?

You sure that your TV can manage 24Hz ? :)

Yep! I figured it out..i told Dynamic refresh rate changer to set itself to 23, not 24 ...silly thing..but it works great now

    thanks again!

if only LAVF had passthru of DTS/AC3 audio..apparently hobring is working in it

then this thing will rule the world!

not sure if this is the place to mention it..but i get a slight jittering and lose about 3-5 frames every 10 seconds or so when im using the LAVF splitter ..for avis, mkvs, blu ray...everything has the same little jitter

ive set dynamic refresh rate changer to 23 for that kind of video and my TV does it also =)

thankfully MyTV doesnt use that filter so TV channels are fine

    any ideas?

i have flat lines when i "Shift+1" ..ill put up some screenshots when i get home

    Hi Sebastiii,

Just a quick note to say thanks for your efforts with this.

Other than the usual wrestling with PGS forced subs (getting better as LAV continues to develop :)). It's working very well for me so far!! :D

    All the best,

    Wo0zy

I figured out what the jitter was I mentioned in my last post. It's my TV.

I have a motion plus setting on my samsung tv which boosts the refresh rate or does some post processing.. But in the end it hurts the smoothness of the overall video.

Turning it off seems to fix it whereas anything played on my PS3 loved the max setting of MotionPlus.. I'm not convinced it's my gtx card to blame just yet as it happens with both mpc-hc and lavf splitters but not the mytv splitter

would be great to know if any1 else with a samsung led 200htz screen could tell me what's going on

    Just a question:
I have MP 1.2.0 Beta, latest Bluray Handler and LAV installed and it works great so far,
but only when I go into Video Section -> Optical Drive and start index.bdmv.

It doesn't work with autoplay or even Play Disc button!

    Am I the only one?:(

It did work with MP 1.1.2 and MPC-Splitter.

I have a question about the MPC files.
    Requirements

If you can already playback m2ts files then you only need to make sure you have a recent version of "MPC - Mpeg Source (Gabest)" (mpegsplitter.ax) registered on your system. The filter will enable playback of .mpls files and is part of the MPC-HC Standalone Filter package. You need at least build .1287 (=1.3.1287) but a more recent revision is recommended. You can grab the latest builds from here. Yet another alternative to manually setting up the codecs is to install SAF 5.0 (experimental)

note: The latest stable package on the MPC-HC files page is 1.3.1249 - this version will not work.

note: Playback of protected discs is only possible when you have a 3rd party tool like AnyDVD HD running in the background to remove the protection.
The latest version is v1.5.0.2827, will those work? Also will the x64 version of the filters work or should one use only the 32-bit version of the standalone filters?
