TBH, I think IE is unlikely base to build a plugin. On the other hand Chrome is most progressive one

    Hi @doskabouter and all others,

here are the final skin files for browsetheweb.. All views are working now, I added a hover, fixed some bugs (with translation, so the header should be translated now) and some other small things..

I think everyone had enough time to complain, so I'm ready to make a release with these (1.0 version) files for titan.
This will be the only change in the release, as I'm in the middle of finding a new suitable browser core to base the plugin on.

Not able to use a new version of Gecko, due to some issues, did try Open-webkit-sharp and almost got it working, but just found out that project is more or less abandoned :( Now testing CEFSharp (chromium based)

    @powermarcel10: Where do I put the icon_btw.png?

Yep, all versions, and all (after the one I currently use) suffer from issues that I'm not able to fix :(

0.3.9 Released. Changes: Titan skin added, and some minor zoom and mousecursor issues

Edit: hold on, just found an issue (guess I should be testing before releasing :) )
Edit2: False alarm, go ahead and enjoy!

I have a problem and browsetheweb with MP 1.3.0.0 alpha and above.

During installation on a clean MP 1.3 the MPEI-installer crashes and the plugin is not in the list for installed plugin in the Extension Manager. But the plugin is in the list in the MP configuration, but after opening the configuration of browsetheweb the MP configuration also crashes.

Here are the last lines of the configuration log:

    Code:
    2013-02-06 08:25:32.283137 [Debug][Config Main(1)]: BrowseTheWeb | zip found : C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Cache\xulrunner.zip
    2013-02-06 08:25:38.055147 [Debug][Config Main(1)]: BrowseTheWeb | unpack finished to C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal
    2013-02-06 08:25:38.070747 [Debug][Config Main(1)]: BrowseTheWeb | HtmlAgilityPack: 08.09.2011 06:51:52
    2013-02-06 08:25:38.070747 [Debug][Config Main(1)]: BrowseTheWeb | Skybound.Gecko.dll: 13.01.2013 15:55:08
2013-02-06 08:25:39.225150 [Debug][Config Main(1)]: BrowseTheWeb | Exception on init Xpcom : Die DLL "xpcom": Die angegebene Prozedur wurde nicht gefunden. (Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x8007007F) kann nicht geladen werden.

These lines are coming again and again during every launch of the configuration right before it crashes.

Hope you have a solution for that.

    Greetings fischy667

    Thats odd.
Can you unstall the plugin, remove C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Installer\V2\2869e8cd-579e-4fdb-ad6d-19ff5bd4e46f, remove C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Cache\xulrunner.zip and remove C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\xulrunner.

Then you're all clear on previous installations.
    Then run the setup again?
And when you're in the configration can you make sure the configuration process is a 32bit process? And when failed again, could you please attach the full configuration.log?
