Must say though, putting the installer on a page with a download counter on it is a real eye-opener. I couldn't imagine in a 1000 years that so many of you use this plugin. Current count is 3633, which (even guessing 4 or 5 pc's per person) is still a lot of people. Makes me feel quite overwhelmed...

Still can't believe it, and suspecting some other cause for the high downloadcount... :cautious:

Well, for me BrowseTheWeb is in the essential plugin category, so I'm not surprised a lot of people use it. In my case it's most often launched via InfoService, and there can't be many days it's not used, so I really appreciate your effort on it(y).

New version released, just some bugfixes this time:
    - Numbers for flash objects and other html-objects now displayed on top of the flash instead of above it
    - Fixed prev/next issue with iframes
    - Fixed bug: Bookmarks added in Mediaportal were not saved

So now I can fully concentrate on porting it to MP2.

    Hi all, :)

Doskabouter thank you very much for your hard work to keep this plugin and forgive my poor English.

When trying to download files from a link nothing happens, just flash plugin.

Is possible that the xulrunner have desastivadas downloads by default? you can activate these options in the btwebprefs.js file, I have tried but none solves the problems.

Thank you very much for your attention.

    New version released.
Nothing too spectacular, only new version of core (33), disabled pop-up windows and some code-refactoring for porting to MP2
Did some testing, but not too extensive, so possibly there are some bugs left...
Let me know if you find any!

Bit late with my answer, sorry for that.

I don't think there's a possibility to download or activate something like that in the webbrowser

So, finally I have something to (hopefully) make you happy!

I've finished (and uploaded to the homepage) a version for MP2.
It's nowhere near finished, you may consider it a pre-alpha version, so plenty of bugs, quirks, issues and annoyances present, but you can get a look at it, and probably give me some tips, better skinfiles etc.
