BUG: TV Server Destroys my database and recreates! (1 Viewer)

This isn't the first time that this has happened. I end up having to set my tvservice to startup manually to avoid this problem. It seems the dependency for the sql server/express doesn't work or tvserver doesn't play nice. In either case, it is frustrated to lose data like this. On the bright side, I do have a backup of the database... But is this a known issue?! I hope it gets fixed ASAP!
