Can I make the TV Server steam need less bandwidth? (2 Viewers)

Ah okay, i was already wondering why i haven't heard about it ;)

Regarding it's status, in the last few days i've nearly completely rewritten the tv viewer to make it more stable and more responsive (which seems to work quite well) the only problem is to get the stream to work. Since i'm no expert on this, i have to talk to Oxan(who has developed the streaming feature) to get this done.
So with a bit luck may be in a few weeks it could work.

    Hmm, I definitely need to read more threads around here as I didn't came across this thread until now. Until the better replacements that are currently in development (the earlier mentioned TV Viewer or WebMediaPortal) are completed, you can try MPWebStream until then. It has a few minor problems but it should be workable for the time being. Live TV streaming, but mainly transcoding, is a complicated task, but we've something quite promising now, just need to finish it up.
