Can only find 13 locals on 110w scan (1 Viewer)

I have the latest SVN as of the day I posted this. When I try scanning 110W which is not on a Diseq and I override the settings to 11250 11250 and 0. But my scan only shows 13 channels which appear to be the locals.

I can find all channels in MyTheatre.

I made a program to convert my MyTheatre scan into MediaPortal. That seems to have worked. Now I got 365 channels on 110W. I need to remake my logo downloading program to rename the channels DisplayName also because MyTheatre has some pretty weak names for some of these channels.
