Cannot watch "scrambled" TV (1 Viewer)

I have exactly the same problem with my FloppyDTV (dvb-c) tuner.

When editing channels I made a preview on "BBC Entertainment" which showed the preview window fine - then I tried previewing a channel which I believe I do not have access to, and it replied "Channel is scrambled".

Then I went back to preview the "BBC Entertainment" and now this replied with "Channel is scrambled" suddently.

How can this happen ? I preview it, then another (scrambled) channel and then back, and now its gone.

I also have to add, that when using FireDTV Viewer, I have absolutely access to all the channels I have paid for - no problems here.

I use FloppyDTV (dvb-c), newest firmware and drivers, and Media Portal 1.0.0.0 and have a Viaccess CAM and a YouSee (TDC Denmark) subscription card.

Is there a bug in the Media Portal TV Engine - I mean, first it is viewable and 15 seconds later it is not ?!!?

I did some more testing.

I can preview "BBC Entertainment" - ok.
Then I try another channel which I am not subscibed to - getting the "Channel is scrambled" - ok.
The I try preview "BBC Entertainment" again - ok.
Then I try to preview a HD channel which I am not subscribed to - then I get the "Channel is scrambled" message - ok.
But now, after trying to preview a HD channel, my preview on "BBC Entertainment" is ruined.

So to me it seems like when I try to preview a HD channel without having access to it, other channels are being disabled.

Strange ... I will do some more testing!

A last note after extensive testing - it seems like both SD and HD channels, which are scrambled and the being previewed, can mess up the TV Engine.

Not I have carefully selected only those channels I can see, and will see if Media Portal gets more stable for me the next few days.

Sorry I made proper logs for this a while ago but it seems like I forgot to post them..

This sounds like an issue with TVServer and FireDTV/FloppyDTV to me, restarting MP isn't enough to resolve it once I get this. Anyone seen this with any other TV card?

This is what I did in the attached logs:

* Watch SVT1 (OK)
* Watch SVT2 (OK)
* Try to watch TV3 (I don't have access to this channel, which is why I get "channel is scrambled" I guess)
* Back to SVT1 (Now I get "channel is scrambled" here too)
* Try SVT2 ("channel is scrambled")

* Exit MP and verify TV works in FireDTV Viewer

* Start MP again
* Try SVT1 (still "channel is scrambled")

Good attempt to watch SVT1
