Can't decrypt private HD-Channels Kabel Deutschland (1 Viewer)

Hi erverybody,
i have the problem that my MediaPortal cant decrypt all private HD-Channels.
A few weeks ago i worked with 5 of them an since a week i cant decrypt all HD-Channels.

Here my config:
MediaPortal Version: 1.2.3
MediaPortal Skin: Maya HD
Windows Version: Windows 8 Pro x64
CPU Type: AMD X2 3,0 GHz
HDD: OCZ Onyx SSD
Memory: 4GB ValueRam
Motherboard: Gigabyte 870A
Video Card: Readeon HD5670
TV Card: Digital Everywhere Fire DTV - Driver 4.5 (5.2 didn't work on windows 8 for me)
CAM: Smit CI+
Smartcard: S09 - Kabel Deutschland

The description of the CAM says it has automatic software update but i do not know how to force updates.
The CAM with the SmartCard works perfect in my TV integrated Tuner.

In TV-Server the CAM is enabled but i cant open the config Menu.

a CI+ cam will never work in a CI slot... basically CI+ will probably never work on any pc based recording device... see here for details http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Interface#CI.2B_.28CI_Plus.29
