Can't start TVServer Config (1 Viewer)

Wow, you really have managed to mess up your installation there - good and proper.
It's not going to be time-efficient for me to explain how to fix what you have going on there.
Your options are:

1. Run up a TeamViewer session and ask me to connect and fix up the mess. I'll be happy to help with this.
2. Do a complete MP and MySQL uninstallation and clean up (ie. delete all databases) and start over.

My issue was fixed by installing the last "stable" version of the HDHR software, which is 20161117/20161119
