Cant stop video playback when dynamic refresh rate is active (1 Viewer)

Description
With dynamic refresh rate active stopping video or live TV is impossible. Tried different settings but without result, when doing attached log I had same settings as I had before with 1.2.x. Changing video file or TV-channel is possible but not stopping it. Trying to exit MP back to windows results in freeze with video continuing to play, have to kill the process as well as restarting explorer.exe to get computer back to normal.
OS Win XP SP3 all updates installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to stop video/TV with dynamic refresh rate active.

Hi,
It will be hard to fix this for XP.
Very few dev has XP now.

You can try this build but he didn't have the XP fix for subtitle but you can try to see if stop video works :

By analyse your log, i see why it failed, i have fix one part of it on above branch but it can be extend for the whole code and it should fix your issue for good
