Can't watch TV, but preview in TV Server works (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have a QUE DVB-T dongle. I've been using it with the bundled software (ArcSoft total media) with no special issues and 100% signal.

I'm trying to set MediaPortal/TVServer to use it. I've been able to add the card to TVServer and set up all the channels. Preview mode seems to work fine for all channels.

When I try to watch TV from my TV, I usually get a green image, sometimes with some audio of the current channel. After a few seconds, myTV closes, and I get back to home.

In the logs I found something about GPU_HUNG, but couldn't find any similar thread or explanation.

Any advice? I've been trying for a few hour and I'm stuck... Logs are attached.

It sounds like you have this bug.....

0002580: MediaPortal wont survive from GPU driver crash under Windows 7 / Vista - MediaPortal Bugtracker

According to the bug-report MediaPortal V1.0.2 does not have this problem, so perhaps you should downgrade...

Thanks for the reply. Actually media portal survives this crash and returns to home. However, I'm still not sure why the GPU crashes in the first place - all other media portal functionality works great, and this DVB-T dongle seems fine both in preview mode and in other software. Seems to be mytv related.

Weird - not sure what I should do...
