Missed your edit. Very happy to hear those channels now work for you.

I'd still like to follow up and make those channels work out of the box if possible.
Did you report the problem to Ceton?
I did but haven't heard back from my contact. Preparing to raise a trouble ticket, but don't want to double up if you already opened a ticket.
