Channel 4 HD (1 Viewer)

Some of you may remember me writing a thread about ITV HD a week or so back. I'm now reqesting details on what settings we need to use to get Channel 4 HD.

I already have a valid sky subscription in my HTPC, now i just need to know the settings required...
