I have a minor but irritating problem with the TV-Server. Sometimes when i change channels I get the Channel is scrambled error. This happens at random with every channel. When I was generating the log, this is the channelchanging i did:

1. Discovery Works
2. TV3 Works
3. TV2 Zebra Works
4. TV Norge Channel is scrambled
5. TV2 Zebra Works
6. TV Norge Works

I have had this problem in every relese of Mediaportal from RC1 (the first i tried). I suspect that the problem is in the communication between my tv-card and the cam. It seems like the card just times out or something. If i change the "wait for unscrambled signal" option the result is the same i just have to wait longer for the error message.

If this is a problem between the tv-card and the cam, is there any recomended cam for my tv-card? I now have a TechniCrypt B2C cam.

I was having the exact same problem as you with a FloppyDTV DVB-S2 and a Powercam.pro, every recording went fine, but when switching between channels, if there was a channel that wasn't available, the next encrypted channels that I would select also gave this error, removing the CAM and inserting it again helped, but than I took a look at the CAM's menu and I saw CSP, I enabled it and my problem was gone (I think it is gone), seems that CSP means 'Channel Switching Protection', perhaps you also have this option that you can try?

Haavard74, have you solved your CAM-problem yet? I'm having similar problems and is currently looking for help in the forums, so any input would be great.

    regards
