I am running into a really weird problem with tv server for MediaPortal. I launched the config and set up the tuner card, which MP recognized. Than I scaned for channels, which MP did correctly and I had a high signal and quality strength. Then I went to watch TV within MediaPortal and nothing was there. Blank screen, MediaPortal crashed. After that I went back into config and tried to preview a channel. After about 5 min of nothing, I get an error message that states. "Channel not mapped to any card" I checked channel mapping within config and it states that all the channel I picked up are mapped to the card. I have tried all day to figure it out and I cant.

There are a few things I can see that are different from other peoples images I have found. Within the TV Channels config I dont have much information. Provider is blank and the name for the channels is just the number. I can not access the Manual option at all or TV Server config freezes.

I have looked everywhere and cant find anyone else with this problem.

I am using winTV-HVR 1600 which is a hybrid, I turned off ATSC (I dont have digital cable yet) and now only the analog is on.

Any help I would greatly appreciate. Thanks.

EDIT. OK I fixed this. I guess I should leave this thread up if anyone else hits this problem. The only thing I needed to do was uninstall TV server and reinstall it. I didnt ,ess up any setting with MP also, when I reinstalled which was awesome.
