Probably more likely channel name than provider. The providers who are breaking these rules are usually using ONID and TSID value 0 or 1 and SID values 1 to ~10. They will provide a channel name, but no provider name. Very frustrating for us! I think the solution would have to be to add the name back, but only when "enable channel movement detection" is unticked. I will think further about this...
