My card is DVB-T... Have used Latency checker before... What I have tetermined is that it is most likely a Hauppauge driver issue.. It seems that this card under Vista and XP gets a superior signal than when under Windows 7. The situation is completely unrelated to MediaPortal as I've tested in WinTV7 and Windows Media Centre with the same issue.
Reading up in the Hauppauge forums and two days of testing have lead me to this conclusion, problem is now, what do I do, wait for the good guys at Hauppage to update their drivers.. Yeah right..
