Chrome - WebMediaPortal no longer plays video (1 Viewer)

Have had no issues until recently in viewing video (including live TV and any video) now when trying to view video using Direct, it does not play.

I cna use Firefox and everything works as expected, but can't get it to work in Chrome anymore.
Currently using v 33 of Chrome, and u45 of Java - I don't want to use u51, as it stops something else I use working

I also have 2.1.3 of VLC installed as well, if that matters

Looking through the logs, it creates the player window, but does not start the stream

I am also having this issue. Chrome will no longer work. Firefox does work. It looks like Chrome maybe turning off certain types of plugins. Could this be our issue?

I installed an older version of chrome and it works fine. I am surprised more people are not seeing this issue? I had to uninstall current version of chrome in order to install the older version. Will probably have to turn off updates if I want to keep VLC plugin capability otherwise I will lose it again when chrome updates. I have to believe there will be some other replacement in order to have video in a browser window.
