Clean up Swedish grabbers (1 Viewer)

Great job!
Just a few things to fix and then I was all set, big thanks!

What I do miss is PPV Sport 1-5.
They are available at Available Channels and there listed as Canal+ PPV Sport 1.
So if anyone could make tv.swedb.se accessable somehow trough WepEPG that would be so nice!

WebEPG doesn't handle .gz files and tvsajten.com is password protected

As a workaround you can use xmltv.exe to grab PPV channels and import to MP separately.

Does www_dagenstv_com.xml work at all in V1.0.2? All I get is grabber error! I started using tvguide_boxer_se.xml and some others to make up for missing channels. I got the program information. I saw this thread and switched to www_dagenstv_com.xml and got "svt1@svt.se grabber error - stopping" in error.log and a very short TVguide.xml. Or do I miss something again??? I just got it working after installing.
