Client does not display (freeze) background (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 2.2.0 with update 2.0.4 SVN 14587 (May 12 2007)
MediaPortal Skin: Blue
Windows Version: XP Pro SP2
CPU Type: P4 HT
HDD: 250Gb
Memory: 1Gb
Video Card: GT6600
1. TV Card: PVR350 Hauppauge

I just installed the TV Engine 0.3 + Client + Everything needed from a fresh XP installation, and the client starts but the background is freezed.

The menus work fine (File/Options/Wizards), the main menus/options (within the main window) work fine as well (e.g.: if I keep clicking with the mouse in some areas commands are executed) but the menus/buttons/background/etc are not shown and, when dragging the window, the Windows background is dragged with it (seems like a directx problem but it was installed OK).

I also desinstalled the original client and installed clients 14590 (May 13th) and 14501 (May 3rd) as well, with the same result.

Any tip on this one?

FIXED!

Steps:

1. Desinstalled the Server + Client
2. Reinstalled MP 2.2.0 (the 30Mb file) and run MP. The background now was black (at least one color appeared, hehe)
3. Entered Setup/Configuration and changed skin to Blue Wide (although my monitor/TV is regular)
4. Run MP again and now the backgroung showed!!!
5. Changed back skin to normal
6. Reinstalled the last Server and Client svn
7. Now everything works
