Re: CLR Skin (Version 1.0 Released)

    Hi,

Can someone that uses Windows x64 and have the editor crash please test the attached file and see if it works. Extract the CLRMenuEditor and replace the existing one in your mediaportal program directory (same dir as mediaportal.exe).

    best regards

Re: CLR Skin (Version 1.0 Released)

    Hi wamps,

Great news. Thanks for your feedback.

I will make a new release of the skin with this editor and some other minor adjustments (Fanart Handler 2.2.1 + support for mediatip and emulators) in a few days.

    best regards

    Better late than never etc...
I didn't even realise there WAS a new version of TVSeries! I tend to use MPEI & the Extensions plugin for updates mainly - both TVSeries and MovingPictures have been updated and the authors don't seem to use MPEI, that's why I missed them :(
Installed and working fine now :)

Thanks. :D (This skin is brilliant!)

With the music section (the caption at the bottom just shows a single letter for the names)

The film strip view in TVSeries sometimes shows a blank DVD case (I think it's a bit slow to pick up some images)
The watched/unwatched details in the series details could do with moving slightly to the right - it's right on the edge of my picture.

In MovingPictures on first entry it showed only one movie, but on re-entering they all were there?

Is there a way to read the news stories on the RSS feeds?
    ---
I can post screenies and logs if required - happy to report and wait though, no worries :)

I love this skin, looks great!!

But I noticed that when starting MP, fanart handler is scraping for at least 2 minutes. Is this normal? I've never seen it with my previous skin aMPed.

    Hi Mr.BlueSky,

Thanks for your feedback. Is this on every start of MediaPortal with the skin or just the first time you used it? Please include the fanarthandler.log that is located in the MediaPortal\log folder so that I can investigate.

    best regards

    Hi Cul8er,

Thanks for the quick replay. It's on every start of MP with your skin.

    Here's the log

Re: CLR Skin (Version 1.0 Released)

    Hi,

I think you will find that if you switch back to your previous skin (and still use Fanart Handler 2.2) you will experience the same thing. This is not a skin issue. Fanart Handler plugin has been remade and improved and now finds many more matched that previous version missed. Please test using your old skin and let me know the result.

    best regards

    Hi,

I've tried it with aMPed and Blue3wide but I don't see the round waiting thing with the percentage, and it feels its starting faster.
But the log files are all the same.

    greets
