I searched the forums and read the wiki, but I can't seem to find a clear answer. Here is my problem:
I have three analog tuners and two dvb-t tuners. In tv-server config I name the same channels from dvb-t and analog to the same name e.g. SVT1 (BOTH ANALOG AND DIGITAL). I have set the priority of the cards to highest priority for dvb-t tuners.
When I select to record a show from the guide, how do I make sure the digital(dvb-t) tuner is used instead of the analog tuner when the channel exists for both tuners?
In the webepg channel mapping I only map SVT1 to guide data, but I don't know if the dvb-t SVT1 or analog SVT1 will be recorded.
I tried to select the dvb-t SVT1 in combinations, but it didn't find the similar analog SVT1 so I could prioritize the channels. I actually did not understand how combinations worked.
I really want the dvb-t channels to be prioritized. Can anybody please help me explain this?
To all developers: CONGRATULATIONS TO A FABULOUS PIECE OF SOFTWARE! I only found one exception so far (of no importance) when selecting folders for video, music and dvd.
